- Login won’t accept my email address. If you’ve never accessed the course before, you will need to click the ‘Create New Account’ button on the login popup box to register an account. If you have registered before, the system should remember your email, so do check for typos.
- I’ve forgotten my password. Please use the ‘Forgotten password’ option on the login screen to generate a new one straight to your inbox.
- When I click away from the notes section onto questions or other sections, the video disappears or stops working. This is a common report, however the system should only show the video on the notes page, so please do watch the video on the notes section before continuing.
- Can I cast the videos to my TV for my small group? The answer is yes, but you’ll need to get access to the videos on YouTube. Please email office@sthelensclc.com for a specific link and instructions on how to do this.
- Is there a written version of the notes to print? Not currently, as it’s online only. We will be launching a printed version in the near future that can be ordered separately. More information will follow!
